New Student Enrollment

 

For new students entering EUSD, please fill out the online application. Application notifications regarding approval will occur within 5-10 days of completing the application process.

Returning Students 

For returning students entering EUSD, please fill out the online application.
Use the password when you first enrolled; if you have forgotten the password, please call office.

​Items needed to bring for enrollment appointment

Along with completing the online portion of the application process, please bring following:
Residents:

• Two proofs of address (renter's agreement, PG&E bill, water bill)
• Child's birth certificate
• Shot records
• Drivers License​
• If utilities are included in your rent you must supply one of the following:
  • W-2
  • Pay Stub
  • Public assistance documents
  • Vehicle Registration
  • USPS official change of address   

​Non- residents:

• Signed IDT from home district
• Most recent report card 
• Discipline record (even if there is nothing, we need a print out from the previous school)
• Attendance record from current school year
• Child's birth certificate
• Shot records
• Drivers License
