Support for Students with IEPs
Office Hours 
Ms. James and Ms. Ericka will be available for 2 hours daily to provide direct support to students. Students may contact their case managers via email ([email protected], [email protected]) or text (510-882-1043(J),
​510-900-9294(E). Students are encouraged to ask questions about their work, ask for any additional accommodations or clarification about the assignments. Ms. James (via email and text for questions about schoolwork) and Ms. Ericka (available via google hangouts as well during office hours).
Ms. Ericka- 1:30-3:30pm daily
Ms. James- 9:00am-11:00am daily

Accommodations & Modifications
Ms. Ericka and Ms James are collaborating with teachers to ensure that accommodations and modifications are provided to students via the work they assign on google classroom. If students feel additional accommodations are required they should contact their case manager to arrange a solution.
